Unfortunately sometimes, even though a Court has ordered a party to do something, they fail to do so or even though the parties have reached an agreement, they fail to honour it.
We can review agreements or Orders and advise steps that can be taken to ensure compliance by the delinquent party, including negotiating with the other party to comply with their obligations or, failing that, the commencement of Court proceedings to make sure the agreement is enforced.
